Easy and delicious!
You will need:
3 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil to grease baking trays
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp hot sauce
Directions:
Season wings in salt and pepper, then place on 2 lightly oiled baking trays. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F. Bake for 50 mins or until crisp and golden brown, turning wings and rotating the position of the pans halfway through baking. Remove from oven.
Mix together all other ingredients in a bowl. Toss cooked wings in sauce to coat and return to oven until glazed and charred in some places, approximately 5 minutes.
